From the Valley’s wedding venues to local schools and colleges, from backyards to mountaintops, we are a mobile kitchen bringing our training and expertise to you!
We are well equipped and have catered weddings in the middle of hay fields for 250 guests. All we need is electrical power (generators), water and a tent to work under.
We pride ourselves on being able to serve everything fresh!! Not cooked, held and delivered!!

Meet the owner
Hillside Organic Catering Owner Patrick O’Hearn is entering his 15th year of catering across the Pioneer Valley and Beyond! He worked alongside the business’s founder, Craig White, for nine years before he and his wife Cindy bought the business in January of 2018.
Patrick’s love for the personal and individualized nature of each event is reflected in the level of service and attention he offers his clients. He brings a wealth of experience and a passion for cooking and will work with you to craft a menu that you will be proud to offer your guests.
