Our Process

We find it works best when you can complete the form on this page. Once we receive your information, Hillside owners Patrick and Cindy O’Hearn will contact you to set up a conference call. This is the best way to determine availability and to answer all of your questions about menu’s, services and pricing. Then we can proceed to schedule a personal tasting at no charge. Tastings are held at our Commercial Catering Kitchen at 77 Church Street in Bernardston, MA, 01337.


Upon your decision to have Hillside cater your event, we will typically require a 25-5o% deposit with the remaining balance being due on the day of the event. For weddings and events to be held in the following calendar year, a “$500 Save The Date Deposit” will guarantee our services for that date. Then a “25% Deposit Contract” will be sent in January of that year.

Let’s begin to plan your event. lf other vendors are needed, we are pleased to refer you to the “Most Proven” and “Professional”. We work closely with your other vendors and venue to be sure your experience is enjoyable and worry free. We are always available to answer questions along the way so that you can feel at ease. It’s best to have most of your major decisions (Menu, Vendors, itinerary etc.) determined well in advance of the event. This allows for those “Little things” to remain just that, ‘LITTLE”!
