We bring our skills to all of the Valleys venues as well as to your home or remote location. Our roots are here in Franklin County but as we have grown they have spread to Hampshire, Hampden and Berkshire Counties. Southern Vermont and New Hampshire are pleased to enjoy our services as well.

"From our first contact/tasting & through the entire wedding weekend, Patrick oversaw and implemented a flawless catering event! The unique autumn menu "WOWed" our guests! Incredible Appetizers, Sustainable/Local Farms Garden Salad, "Hot off the Grill" Beef Tenderloin, Marinated Swordfish, Butternut Squash Ravioli, Warm Cobbler w/vanilla bean ice cream, then ending with late night Gourmet Pizzas & S'mores at the fire! Addressing a few guests with allergy issues, Patrick was amazingly mindful, professional & confident. *Now - my career is in Culinary/hospitality for over 45 years & I was joined by good friends (Executive Chefs) to assist with Sunday's Brunch - Patrick organized/prepared items for the morning event, also. The catering staff worked "hand in hand" with the bartenders, musicians, venders, and caretakers to create an excellent event! To this day, everyone raves about the food, the weekend, and the wedding! I constantly hear.... "This was our favorite wedding of all!""
